Participants must be at least 16 years old. If under 18, a parent or guardian must give permission. All information provided during registration must be accurate. Staff may not participate in prize categories.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants will be contacted only if their application is successful.
Participants must attend required sessions. All work must be created during the hackathon. External code or libraries may be used only if disclosed.
Respectful behavior is required. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event.
Participants retain ownership of all work created. Greycode may showcase projects for promotional and documentation purposes.
The event may be recorded or photographed. By attending, participants grant Greycode permission to use media for marketing.
Participants are responsible for personal belongings and devices. Greycode is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
Judges’ decisions are final. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Participants join at their own risk. Greycode is not responsible for injuries, equipment damage, or lost data.
Greycode may cancel or modify the event. No refunds or compensation will be given for changes.
